Make time for working out
You may not have time to go to the gym. But that’s not the only place where you can exercise! Go for a walk at lunch. Walk again before getting into your car. Fit in 10-minute increments of exercise when you can, until you reach 30-60 minutes per day.
Keep a water bottle with you
Do you get so busy at work that you forget to sip fluids all day? Keep a water bottle on your desk or in your car, so you can drink water all day long.
Keep healthy snacks at your desk
Some days are hectic and it’s tough to take time for lunch. Make sure you have handy snacks at your desk, in your car or briefcase. Keep nuts, seeds and dried fruit in portion-packed containers. Whole grain crackers, nut butter and protein bars are great in a pinch.

Save time in the evening by making dinner at breakfast! Set your slow cooker and dinner will be ready when you get home. Try a slow cooker beef and chick pea stew or bean soup.
