In February of 2017, it became clear that Dad’s illness was becoming (physically) too much for Mom to handle alone, and was beginning to progress rapidly. She had been his main caregiver for 3 years.

Our need for support services happened quickly…and KPS was there for us – supportive, friendly, seasoned, practical help – at a time when our family was in crisis. It was important to Dad to remain at home as long as possible, be comfortable and well looked after. Mom badly needed rest, but still needed to feel in charge.

Patrick, Jessica and others came into our home and helped him start his day. They helped Mom with laundry, did dishes, and made lunch for them both. They helped him settle into bed at night. They went above and beyond. We had a little bit of normalcy again, which freed us up to spend quality time with Dad.

We felt confident that his care and comfort was as important to KPS as it was to us. I can hardly begin to say how grateful we are to have had KPS in our lives… and would wholeheartedly recommend Patrick and his staff to assist with the care you or your family members require.

While sadly, Dad has passed… should we ever need such care again…

KPS will be one of the first numbers I call.
